Throughout my career, I have successfully led large-scale manufacturing operations, greenfield industrial projects, and engineering initiatives across Bahrain and Bangladesh. My professional journey has included executive leadership roles as Chief Executive Officer, Head of Plant, General Manager (Factory Operations & Production), Chief Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, and Project Engineer. In these capacities, I have consistently driven improvements in operational performance, equipment reliability, production efficiency, product quality, and cost optimization.My expertise spans the complete lifecycle of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) manufacturing, including plant design, equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and commercial production. I specialize in plant operations, production management, maintenance and reliability engineering, utility systems, project execution, factory commissioning, operational excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), production planning, CAPEX and OPEX management, and continuous improvement.

My technical competencies include autoclaves, boilers, steam systems, air compressors, chillers, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), preventive and predictive maintenance, and industrial automation, enabling sustainable, safe, and efficient manufacturing operations.

Over the years, I have played a key leadership role in the successful commissioning of eight industrial manufacturing facilities, including three AAC production plants, as well as glass manufacturing, CFL production, oxygen generation, ore dressing, and water treatment facilities. I have led multidisciplinary teams of more than 300 professionals and managed manufacturing operations with production capacities of up to 1,000 m³ per day.

My leadership has delivered measurable business results, including increasing production by up to 25%, reducing equipment downtime by 20%, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to 80%, decreasing raw material consumption by 15%, lowering production costs, enhancing machine reliability, and generating annual operational savings of approximately USD 100,000 through engineering innovation and effective plant management.

I hold a Doctorate in Management Studies (DMS) with research focused on Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks: Unique Materials for the Construction Industry. I also earned an Executive MBA in Production & Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Bangladesh.

Beyond my corporate responsibilities, I remain actively engaged in business leadership, industrial development, social initiatives, and public affairs. In recognition of my commitment to public service, I was nominated by the AB Party as its parliamentary candidate for Cumilla-3 (Muradnagar) in the 13th National Parliamentary Election.
