Having experience in Industrial Operation & Business development, Maintenance (MEP), Production & Project Management, Facilities Management, Operation Research, Project Coordination, Executions, Administration, Relationship Management, Rot cause analysis, Resource Control & Planning, Risk and Opportunities etc.I have graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET), Bangladesh in 2009. Having EMBA in 2017 from NIBM and Doctorate In Management Studies [DMS] from Indian Institute of Business Management and Studies (IIBMS) in 2018 based on AAC block. The research title was “Autoclave Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks: Unique Materials for Construction Industry.” It is an ultra-light concrete masonry product having a good number of advantages in practicality. There are found so many advantages when compared to the burnt clay bricks.

I have a vast experience in this field since 2011 to till now. Especially for the Production and Maintenance both sides, I have been utilized my knowledge and experience. Also I have lots of experience on New Project Management including erection and commissioning, I have successfully completed so many projects, like Glassware and Tube Manufacturing, CFL Plant, Batch Plant, Magnetic Separation Plant, Printing and Packaging Plant, AAC Plant and similar Plants i.e. Cement Plant, CLC Plant, Ceramic Plant, Mortar Plant, Aggregate Plant etc. including Civil Constructions and Industrial Electrical works, where I can utilize my innovative & creative knowledge, experience, and communicational skills.
